ELYPLAN® Standard is a cost-effective laminate designed for industrial and commercial applications where performance is more critical than appearance. Reinforced with roving glass and with the option of woven roving for added strength, this fibreglass sheet delivers excellent dimensional stability and structural performance. Available with or without gelcoat, ELYPLAN® Standard is ideal for projects that require durable, lightweight sheeting.

ELYPLAN® Super is an enhanced version of ELYPLAN® Standard, offering improved aesthetics and MAT and ROVING reinforcements. Designed to reduce visible surface fibres, it delivers a smoother, more refined finish while maintaining strong mechanical performance. Available with or without gelcoat and woven roving reinforcement, ELYPLAN® Super strikes the ideal balance between visual appeal and cost, making it appropriate for a wide range of applications.

ELYPLAN® Super HF expands on ELYPLAN® Super, integrating additional MAT and TISSUE reinforcements to further minimise visible fibres. ELYPLAN® Super HF offers a premium aesthetic with its acknowledged surface quality, yet without compromising durability, making it a smart choice for projects that demand both performance and presentation.

ELYPLAN® Metallic elevates the laminate’s visual appeal with a unique metallic finish. Available in Standard, Super, and Super HF variants, these colours are produced through a continuous hot laminating process to ensure outstanding aesthetic quality and eliminate the need for additional coating or painting.

ELYPLAN® Bicolour laminates feature a dual-colour surface, offering both visual contrast and functional versatility. This adds visual distinction while ensuring its functional versatility for commercial vehicle roofs and other specialised applications. Offered within the complete ELYPLAN® range, ELYPLAN® Bicolour supports both aesthetic differentiation and practical outcomes, such as light transmission.

ELYPLAN® Extra Glass is enhanced with additional fibreglass reinforcement, which provides increased mechanical strength. Despite its added durability, it remains lightweight, making it ideal for load-bearing applications where both performance and weight efficiency are crucial. Integrating unique qualities within one product, it’s commonly used in commercial vehicles for long-term strength without compromising on impact resistance or weight efficiency.

ELYPLAN® Fire-Perf laminates are engineered with flame-retardant properties to meet strict global fire safety standards. Designed for use in safety-critical environments, these fibreglass sheets are ideal for construction, transportation, and maritime applications. The Fire-Perf range offers superior fire performance and can be customised to meet specific compliance regulations.

ELYPLAN Anti-Slip features a textured surface specifically designed for enhanced slip resistance. Available in two finishes (MEDIUM, which is fine-grained, and XT, which is coarse-grained), these slip-resistant fibreglass sheets are tested to R13 class standards according to DIN 51130:2014-02 and deliver excellent traction. Both variants are abrasion-tested (D4060-ISO 9352) for durability and long-term use. Offered in multiple thicknesses, with or without WOVEN ROVING, the standard colour is grey, but alternative colours can be supplied upon request.

ELYPLAN® Wall laminates are high-performance sheets designed for prefabricated homes and fences. Manufactured through continuous lamination, these fibreglass panels offer strong mechanical performance and a durable, render-like finish. Made with UV-protected resins, they’re built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions by combining structural integrity with long-term weather resistance.

ELYPLAN® Design PVC has a decorative PVC layer that allows for customisation while ensuring its durability and strength. Produced using advanced ‘styrene-free’ resin, it’s odourless and eliminates the need for adhesive coating, streamlining the installation process. This fibreglass sheet combines durability, strength, and visual appeal, making it an ideal solution for interior applications where fast, clean installation and a premium look are essential.

ELYPLAN® Embossed features a robust, textured surface for high resistance against wear and scratches and ease of cleaning and maintenance. Its distinctive embossed finish makes it ideal for cold storage facilities, construction projects, and refrigerated transport, where a hygienic, easy-maintenance surface is essential. Available with or without gelcoat and built to the same technical specifications as ELYPLAN® Standard, these fibreglass panels deliver practical performance.

No Bac is an antibacterial surface treatment available on ELYPLAN® and ELYCOLD® GRP laminates with gelcoat. Infused with silver-based technology, it actively prevents bacterial growth and colonisation, making it ideal for hygiene-critical environments such as healthcare and food processing. Permanently embedded during manufacturing, No Bac offers long-lasting protection without compromising the durability or finish of the fibreglass sheet.
