High-Performance Laminates for Demanding Applications
Continuous fibre reinforced thermoplastic (CFRTP) sheets are engineered for strength, stiffness, and consistent performance in structural composite panels. Manufactured through a continuous resin transfer moulding process, these laminates combine unidirectional glass fibres with thermoplastic resins to create highly customisable facesheets.
CRFTP laminates are ideal for those seeking advanced materials with excellent impact resistance and durability.
LINER-CFRTP
Continuous fibre-reinforced thermoplastic laminates are manufactured by pulling continuous strands of glass rovings through a thermoplastic resin. This process saturates the fibres and produces a unidirectional tape. By stacking these single-layer tapes in different orientations (0º, 90º, +/- 45º) and applying heat and pressure, multi-axial laminates are formed. The strength and performance of the resulting structure depend on the fibres’ alignment, placement, and volume.
