JACKODUR® KF is a durable, moisture-resistant XPS insulation board designed for use in commercial and recreational vehicles, as well as doors. Known for its versatility, mechanical strength, and high thermal insulation, this extruded polystyrene foam is ideal for demanding environments.

Produced using a CO2-blowing agent, JACKODUR® KF achieves ultra-low global warming potential (GWP) to deliver sustainable performance in line with today’s environmental standards. Available in a range of thicknesses, widths, and lengths, JACKODUR® KF supports a variety of thermal insulation requirements while meeting tight manufacturing tolerances.

JACKODUR® Plus is engineered for applications that demand exceptional thermal insulation, such as refrigerated commercial vehicles and energy-efficient doors. With 27% better insulation performance than JACKODUR® KF, this advanced XPS foam enables thinner panels without compromising thermal efficiency, freeing up valuable internal space for compact designs.

Manufactured using an innovative HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) blowing agent, JACKODUR® Plus combines industry-leading thermal performance with a GWP of less than one. This makes it one of the most sustainable extruded polystyrene insulation products available, as it’s fully compliant with stringent environmental regulations and ideal for future-focused builds.

JACKODUR® FTD is a hot wire cut board made from blocks in thicknesses ranging from 2.8 mm. JACKODUR® FTD can be used as a thin core or intermediate layer.

JACKODUR® FT boards are milled to an exact tolerance of +/- 0.15mm, ensuring flatness crucial for composite sandwich panel production. Starting from just 8mm thickness, these XPS foam boards deliver the consistency and precision needed for high-quality panel production.

JACKODUR® FTR is a precision-engineered XPS foam board featuring surface milling and dual-sided grooving. With grooves spaced at 40mm intervals and milled to a depth and width of 2mm, the design promotes even adhesive coverage and prevents air entrapment during lamination. The surface is milled to a tolerance of +/- 0.15mm, ensuring consistent panel quality. Available from 8mm thickness, custom groove depths are available upon request.
