BRIANZA PLASTICA – QUALITY FIBREGLASS SHEET
Italian company Brianza Plastica is one of the leading European manufacturers of fibreglass sheet for the composite and construction industries.
Founded in 1962 producing translucent fibreglass sheet for commercial and industrial applications, they are the only European manufacturer that employs both discontinuous cold-lamination and continuous hot-lamination processes for maximum production flexibility.
In 2006, Brianza Plastica launched its first production site in Rovigo, a discontinuous cold lamination process for Elycold® fibreglass sheet. Then, in 2009, thanks to the acquisition of a new complex in Ostellato, Brianza Plastica further expanded its Elycold® production capacity. The success of this new production led the company to invest further: in 2008, at its headquarters in Carate Brianza, it started the production of Elyplan®, a high-quality fibreglass sheet manufactured using a continuous hot lamination process. In 2016, a third production site for discontinuous Elycold® fibreglass sheet was established in Rovigo, together with a new continuous Elyplan® line in Carate Brianza.
