HB FULLER | KOMMERLING PRODUCT LINE
KORAPUR® 2C & 3C PUR
Under the KORAPUR® brand, KOMMERLING offer an extensive range of high performing 2-component and 3-component polyurethane adhesives. The 2C system consists of an A component (polyol) and a B component (isocyanate) while the 3C system consists of an A1 + A2 component (2 polyols mixed at a fixed ratio) and a B component. The 3C laminating adhesives allow optimal panel production speed, regardless of the facility’s ambient temperature or panel complexity. The use of two different A-components, one fast curing, and one slow curing, in combination with the B-component, allow adjusting the reaction speed of the adhesive to maintain production output regardless of ambient temperature or panel complexity. It allows selecting the optimal curing speed, while maintaining the required working time. Both 2C and 3C systems work well with a wide variety of substrates, including fibreglass, aluminium, foams, and plywood.
